v1.4.7
Released: 03/04/2026Toolpath Visibility Options
A new "Toolpath Visibility" button has been added to the right toolbar. Click it to open a popup menu where you can independently control what gets rendered on the canvas:
- Render Rapids (G0) — Show or hide rapid moves (displayed in yellow). Turn this off to focus only on the actual cutting paths without the clutter of rapid travel lines.
- Render Toolpath (G1, G2, G3) — Show or hide cutting moves (linear and arc). Turn this off to inspect only the rapid travel paths between operations.
Both options are saved automatically and persist between sessions.
Improved Rapid Move Visualization
Rapid moves (G0) now display the complete travel path including:
- Vertical rise to Safe Level
- Horizontal travel at Safe Level
- Vertical descent to the next cutting position
This gives you a more accurate visual representation of how the machine actually moves between cutting operations.
Arc Rendering Improvements
The ArcSegmenter algorithm has been improved for better arc visualization accuracy and proper Z-axis interpolation during helical machining.
